Job summary

Coastline Insurance Associates of NC, a division of Patriot Growth Insurance Services LLC, is seeking a Client Service Representative for an in-office role in Southport, NC. You will be a key contact for clients, prospects, producers, and the service team, handling records, billing and day-to-day operations.

You will deliver friendly service, maintain accurate files, and assist with service and sales activities to ensure a smooth client experience and compliant processes.

Qualifications

• Day One: Associate's degree or at least one year in a similar client service/office role.
• Active North Carolina Property & Casualty (P&C) License.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines effectively.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience maintaining accurate records and working with databases.
