Job summary

Franklin D. Azar & Associates is seeking a Client Services Representative for our Cheyenne location. You will greet prospective clients, follow up on leads, and help prepare cases for attorney engagement with careful, compassionate communication.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish preferred, strong verbal and written skills, excellent time management, and discretion with confidential information. Starting pay is $22 per hour, with bonuses and earnings up to $60,000 per year upon

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and introduce the firm to prospective clients. Follow up on digital leads. Take calls with care and compassion.
• Assess potential new cases and prepare prospective clients for entering engagement with an attorney. Obtain signatures on necessary documents to begin representation.
• Ensure that questions are answered and follow up as needed.
• Set up new client cases.
• Gathering critical details such as insurance information, police reports and any other information that can be viable for potential claims.
• Scheduling and calendaring, utilizing Microsoft Office and CRM software
