Canon U.S.A., Inc. in New York is seeking a Senior Account Operations Leader to manage a large customer account, drive service excellence, and align staff development with client goals.
You will oversee scheduling, budgeting, and relationship management with Administrators, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. The role requires 5+ years of related leadership experience, a bachelor’s degree, and the ability to travel up to 15%.
Responsible for all activities for a specifically assigned large customer account. Responsibilities include maintaining compliance with established standards and policies for the operation, managing and developing site staff, as well as meeting site financial goals. Responsible for developing and maintaining a partnership and successful working relationships with the Administrators. Responsible for ensuring the highest levels of service and client satisfaction. Maximizes customer satisfaction, add-on sales and profitability through structured planning and the management and development of the client services team.
Production and Workflow - Monitors and ensures compliance with established workflow processes and procedures.
Supervision and Employee Relations - Ensures performance improvement through a scheduled plan to train, motivate, develop, and manage site personnel.
Client Relationship Management - Develops and manages the relationship with the daily and senior level administrators through formal and informal meetings.
People Management and Development - Ensures effective performance management with direct reports and oversee the overall process.
Equipment Knowledge and Care - Establishes a working familiarity with equipment capabilities; maintains all equipment to manufacturer's specifications.
Administration and Reporting - Maintains targeted levels of profitability.
Results Expected - Responsible in maintaining compliance with established standards and policies for the operation, managing and developing site human resources, as well as meeting site financial goals.

In accordance with applicable law, we are providing the anticipated annual rate for this role: $66,300 - $84,850/ year This position will support our various customer site locations in Manhattan and the Bronx. Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm Requires 5 years of related experience and management of two or more regular full-time employees; bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
