Job summary

Sage Advisor Group is seeking a Client Service Specialist in Poulsbo, WA to support clients, advisors, and daily operations. The role emphasizes excellent service, organization, and learning on the job within a small team.

Initial hands-on training is provided; prior financial services experience is not required. You will engage with clients, prepare materials, and help coordinate events and client meetings.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients by responding to requests and answering calls.

• Process client paperwork including scanning and filing electronic records.
• Assist with onboarding new clients and establishing accounts.
• Coordinate client events and educational workshops.
