Job Summary

The Client Service Coordinator ("CSC") manages client and pet flow through the hospital, maximizes veterinary team productivity, ensures effective communication with clients and associates, and coordinates care in a friendly, efficient manner to promote client retention and referrals.

Key Responsibilities

2. Recruit new clients by promoting hospital services and managing client flow for optimal care and team productivity.
3. Support hospital operations to increase pet visits, especially for wellness plan clients.
4. Provide exceptional service, including welcoming clients and pets, ensuring comfort, and educating on pet health.
5. Assist clients with documentation, pet information entry, and identification.
6. Handle outgoing client instructions, invoices, prescriptions, retail sales, and appointment scheduling.
7. Manage finances accurately and conduct administrative duties as needed.
