Banfield in the Orange County area is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to drive the flow of clients and pets through the hospital and maximize the productivity of the veterinary team.

You will ensure clear communication with clients and colleagues, coordinate care, and create a welcoming, efficient environment that encourages clients to return and refer friends.

The role offers a competitive hourly pay range of $17.43–$22.28, with comprehensive benefits.

The Client Service Coordinator (\"CSC\") drives the flow of clients and pets through the hospital, maximizes the productivity of the veterinary medical team (in terms of numbers of clients and pets), ensures good communication with associates and clients, and coordinates the care of clients and pets in a happy, welcoming, friendly and efficient manner, influencing clients to return and refer their friends and families.

The pay range for this role is

$17.43 - $22.28 Hourly
