POSITION DESCRIPTION: This position will share responsibilities that support multiple departments and business functions with others in a similar role, providing an opportunity to interact with and understand multiple processes and disciplines in a dynamic private banking business model.
DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist the bank relationship managers with all deposit servicing needs, including new account opening, research, overdraft monitoring, and maintenance of accounts
- Assist the relationship manager with financial data collection, exception clearing, loan closings, and other duties associated with the lending function
- Serve as administrative support for the relationship managers assisting in appointment setting, calendar management, prospect or client research, or other functions associated with obtaining and maintaining client relationships
- Act as first point of contact with clients and prospects regarding day to day deposit and loan operational matters
- Coordinate with back office to create and track receipt of various paperwork for client signatures
- Assist with cash movement (domestic, international) – checks, wires, transfers, ACH
- Support for new project/product implementation through all business functions
- Various direct client service support
- Other administrative duties as assigned
MINIMUM POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in bank support or bank administrative
- Lending or mortgage experience is a plus
- Strong client service skills, including written and oral communication skills
- Strong computer skills, including experience with MS Office and other windows-based software, Jack Henry and Associates experience and Salesforce experience would be helpful
- Desire to work in a rapidly growing business with an extremely high degree of customer service expectations
- Must consent to and have favorable consumer report and background check
