SPS is seeking a Client Services Associate in Lowell, MA to support daily office operations, including mail handling, print services and workplace coordination. You will help ensure deliveries, supplies, and spaces are ready to keep teams productive.
This hands-on role requires strong communication, the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, and flexibility for overtime. Compensation ranges from $19.50 to $21.50 per hour.
Reports To: Client Services Supervisor, Client Services Manager, or equivalent leadership
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

This role plays a key part in maintaining the flow of daily operations. By ensuring accurate mail distribution, timely processing of requests, and well‑managed workspaces, you help create a reliable and efficient environment.
