Job summary

Hightower Advisors in the United States is seeking a Client Service Associate to manage the client experience and report to the Head of Office. The role focuses on onboarding, documentation, and ongoing client service to help advisors grow client relationships and ensure regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities include overseeing onboarding, proactive client outreach, and supporting advisors with day-to-day operations while maintaining strict adherence to firm policies and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Document milestones in clients' lives using the CRM.
• Participate in projects and internal working groups to ensure client needs are represented.
• Ensure compliance policies protect both clients and the team.
• Support Advisors with operational tasks.

We are looking for a Client Service Associate to help bring our mission to life. The Client Service Associate controls our client experience. You will report to the Head of Office.

The Role

• Controls our client experience
• Oversight of client onboarding process from start to finish including preparation of documentation establishing accounts; funding and getting client invested
• Proactive outreach to clients to share team services, including their digital experience
• Use CRM platform to document milestones in clients' lives
• Participate in projects and internal working groups to ensure the client’s needs are represented in projects
• Ensure both clients and the team are protected by observing practice’s compliance policies
• Support Advisors with operational tasks

What You’ll Bring
