Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalency required.
• College degree preferred for advancement.
• Active securities licenses (Series 7/66 or Series 63/65) required or preferred.
• 2+ years of industry experience preferred.
• Knowledge of equities, bonds, options, mutual funds, annuities, insurance, and managed accounts.
• Detail oriented with strong organization and prioritization skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Exceptional writing, interpersonal and client service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide service coverage for a FA/PWA/team and cultivate client relationships.
• Execute money movements and relay account information as requested.
• Answer non-investment related questions and provide balances and statements.
• Assist with onboarding, profile updates, and document collection.
• Educate clients on digital tools (MSOnline, eSign, eAuthorization).
• Support marketing efforts and maintain client accounts and documentation.
• Assist with in-office tasks, scheduling, and expense reporting.
