Job summary

Ameriprise Financial in Naperville, IL is seeking a highly organized Client Service Associate (CSA) / Team Lead to drive client service excellence and support financial advisors in wealth management.

Qualifications

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized, client-focused Client Service Associate (CSA) / Team Lead to join our growing wealth management practice. This individual will serve as a key leader within the office, helping drive operational excellence, deliver exceptional client service, and support advisors in providing comprehensive financial planning and wealth management solutions. The ideal candidate combines strong leadership capabilities with a passion for client service, attention to detail, and experience within the financial services or wealth management industry.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Service & Relationship Management
  • Deliver an exceptional client experience through proactive communication and timely follow-up.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for client service requests and account maintenance needs.

  • Industry licenses (Series 7, 63, 65, or equivalent).
  • Must be willing to obtain in 90-180 days.
