Position summary: The Customer Service Coordinator supports the team at Roots Financial by completing organizational and customer service related tasks that keep the practice running. They coordinate communication between clients and all departments as well as assist in prioritizing workflows for the team’s Financial Advisors. This role is critical to keeping the daily operations of the practice running, including, but not limited to utilizing Thrivent computer systems and programs in support of client relations and planning activities of the Financial Advisors, supports securities and insurance-related tasks and other administrative tasks as assigned. This is a fast-paced, detail-oriented position that requires the ability to multi-task and balance numerous demands and timelines simultaneously. The Customer Service Administrator reports to and is employed by Roots Financial Group. This is an in-office position. Compensation is $15-17/hr depending upon experience.
As part of Roots Financial Group's our recruiting/hiring/contracting process, a verification of a candidate's background will be made to complete the hiring/contracting process. In addition, fingerprints will be taken for submission to the Federal Bureau of Investigation for review against nationwide fingerprint records.
