Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Client Security Assurance Analyst in Roseland, NJ. The role supports client engagement and security compliance across teams, translating technical security concepts for diverse stakeholders.

A BA/BS or equivalent and 5+ years in related fields are preferred. You'll respond to security inquiries, collaborate with sales and legal teams, and work across time zones on global strategies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in client service, business, IT, risk, or security preferred.
• BA/BS or equivalent education required.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage senior stakeholders confidently.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client security inquiries, including RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires, with professionalism and timeliness.
• Serve as a security Subject Matter Expert, engaging across teams to discuss client security requirements and explain our security program.
• Collaborate with client service, sales, and legal teams to address client security concerns and requests using a consultative approach.
• Translate technical security concepts into accessible language, building trust and addressing client and internal stakeholder concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Support global assignments and special projects as needed, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork across multiple time zones.
