Job summary

Serenity Mental Health Centers is seeking a Client Sales Lead who will guide individuals through their personal journeys, helping them understand options and progress with empathy and clarity.

You’ll lead by example, build trust within your team, and foster a culture of exceptional service in a mission-driven environment, with training to grow into leadership roles. The role emphasizes strong relationships, patience, and the ability to educate clients about next steps with integrity.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience.
• 3+ years of full-time customer service experience (leadership roles preferred).
• Leadership experience or ability to guide and motivate others.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Emotional intelligence and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Experience in fast-paced, people-focused roles such as hospitality, call centers, coaching, caregiving, or tutoring is a plus.

In accordance with Colorado's EqualPay for Equal Work Act this position pays $60,000 annually
