Qualifications

• Experience developing reports, dashboards, and scorecards using BI tools such as MicroStrategy, Tableau, Power BI or similar platforms.

• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.

In addition to core report development responsibilities, this role supports enterprise reporting and analytics strategies by partnering across lines of business to deliver scalable reporting solutions, actionable business insights, and performance measurement capabilities. The associate leverages advanced analytical techniques, data management practices, and stakeholder collaboration to support strategic initiatives, ensure data quality, drive reporting standardization, and identify opportunities for process and operational improvements. Responsibilities may include project coordination, executive-level communications, ad hoc analysis, and support for enterprise-wide reporting governance and best practices.

Required Qualifications:

Pay and benefits information

Pay range

$82,500.00 - $127,600.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible

This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan.
