Charles Schwab is seeking a Client Relationship Specialist (CRS) in the New York area. This role focuses on delivering personalized client experiences while supporting branch operations and ensuring high-quality service.

You will begin with hands-on client interaction and participate in licensing programs to advance your career within Schwab. You’ll engage with clients, learn Schwab’s offerings, and develop skills through the CRSU program and mentorship from managers and peers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years in client-facing or customer service roles.
• Demonstrated attention to detail in handling requests and data.
• Excellent listening and communication to understand client needs.
• Ability to build trust and maintain relationships with clients.
