Job summary

Charles Schwab in Franklin, TN is seeking a Client Relationship Specialist to support branch operations and deliver an unparalleled client experience. You will work under the guidance of the Client Relationship Manager and Branch Manager to meet client needs with tact and professionalism.

Although licensing isn’t required for the role, Schwab will support you in obtaining Series 7 and 63/66 licenses if aligned with your career goals, and you’ll have opportunities for growth and ongoing

Qualifications

• 1+ year of client/customer service experience.
• Preferred: experience in financial services/wealth management.
• Licensing not required but support for Series 7/63/66 licenses.
• Ability to handle client needs with tact and diplomacy.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team while multitasking.
• Ability to build cross-enterprise relationships.
• Basic understanding of brokerage regulations governing client accounts.
• May be asked to become a Notary.

What you have

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of Client/Customer Service experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in Financial Services/Wealth Management and/or closely related industry.
• While licensing is preferred, it is not required for this role, Charles Schwab will support employees in this role in obtaining and/or holding the Series 7 and 63/66 licenses
• Ability to handle client needs with tact and diplomacy
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills
• Experience working independently and effectively as part of a team, while handling multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously
• Ability to build and maintain good cross-enterprise working relationships
• Basic understanding of brokerage regulations and rules that govern client accounts
• May be asked to become a Notary

In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
