Charles Schwab in South Burlington, VT is seeking a Client Relationship Specialist to deliver outstanding service and support the Branch Manager.

You’ll help drive the client experience, assist with branch operations, and have the opportunity to pursue Series 7/63/66 licenses with Schwab’s support.

This role emphasizes growth, teamwork, and delivering solutions with tact and professionalism.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Client/Customer Service experience.
• Experience in Financial Services/Wealth Management preferred.
• Licensing isn’t required but Schwab supports Series 7 and 63/66 licensing.
• Ability to handle client needs with tact and diplomacy.
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
• Experience working independently and in a team while handling multiple tasks.
• Ability to build cross-enterprise relationships.
• Basic understanding of brokerage regulations.

What you have

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of Client/Customer Service experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in Financial Services/Wealth Management and/or closely related industry.
• While licensing is preferred, it is not required for this role, Charles Schwab will support employees in this role in obtaining and/or holding the Series 7 and 63/66 licenses
• Ability to handle client needs with tact and diplomacy
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills
• Experience working independently and effectively as part of a team, while handling multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously
• Ability to build and maintain good cross-enterprise working relationships
• Basic understanding of brokerage regulations and rules that govern client accounts
• May be asked to become a Notary
