  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience using MS Office, CRM, and financial-services tech.
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
  • Interest in growth and possibly obtaining FINRA licenses.

Client Relationship Specialist II

Location: Sheboygan Falls, WI 53085
Work Arrangement: Fully Onsite
Employment Type: Direct Hire | Full-Time
Compensation: Up to $70,000 annually

A growing wealth-management organization is seeking a Client Relationship Specialist II to support financial advisors and provide responsive, accurate service to clients.

This is a junior-to-intermediate opportunity for someone who already has experience in wealth management, investment services, or financial-advisory support and wants to continue developing within the industry. Securities licenses are not required.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as a primary contact for client service and account requests.
  • Support the administration of individual, retirement, trust, estate, and multi-entity accounts.
