Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalency.
• College degree preferred.
• Industry experience is a plus.
• Willingness to obtain Series 7/66 (and/or Series 63/65) licensing.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to a FA/PWA/team and cultivate client relationships.
• Execute money movements upon client or FA/PWA requests.
• Answer non-investment questions about accounts and relay stock positions and balances.
• Enter profile data and pre-fill account documents.
• Educate or enroll clients in digital tools (MSOnline, eSign, eAuthorization).
• Prepare client meeting materials using firm systems.
• Assist with data entry for new accounts and financial planning.
• Support marketing efforts and website maintenance.
• Stay current on policies, procedures and platforms.
