Job summary

You will support daily operations, process money movements, and help with account documentation and digital tools while building trusted client relationships.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalency; college degree preferred.
• Willingness to obtain Series 7/66 or Series 63/65 licenses.
• Strong organizational, writing, and client service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide service coverage for FA/PWA/team and cultivate client relationships.
• Execute money movement transactions per client/FA/PWA requests.
• Answer general non-investment questions and relay account information.
• Schedule calls, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings with Zoom credentials.
• Support marketing and data entry for client needs and meetings.
