Job summary

tastyfx, part of IG North America, is seeking a Client Relationship Representative to support US clients in FX, coordinate with the RFED team, and maintain strong client connections from our Chicago office.

Ideal candidates have 1–4 years of related industry experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for financial markets. Series 3/34 licensing may be pursued after hire. On-site role at West Loop office in Chicago.

Qualifications

• 1-4 years of related industry experience.
• Knowledge of financial markets and daily interest in economic and market events.
• Willing to be registered and authorized with the NFA.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a team to deliver results based on goals created by tastyfx.
• Liaison between team and executives to help create synergy for the RFED Business.
• Assist with developing and directing the RFED business.
• Execute orders for US clients on FX.
• Help clients with inquiries about positions, trades, statements, platform issues, and payments.
• Demonstrate impeccable active listening skills on every call.
• Proactively outreach to new clients to ensure smooth onboarding and funding journey.
• Act as a point of contact for clients and enhance client experience, building rapport.
• Assist the team with strategic business ideas and input.
• Encourage and offer opinions to enhance business functions, processes, and technology.
• Input trades and check off the day's trades.

What Y ou’ll D o

• Assist the team with strategic business ideas and provide useful input accordingly
• Encourage and offer your opinions to enhance business functions, processes, and technology
• In addition, duties also include inputting trades and checking off the day's trades .

Who Y ou A re

• Self-motivated individual who can deliver measured results
• You have at least 1-4 years of related industry experience
• You have knowledge of financial markets and show daily interest in economic and market events
• Strong customer service and client engagement skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral, are vital, especially when liaising with clients
• You open to being registered and authorized with the NFA to carry out this function

Licensure

Series 3and Series34 stronglypreferred.

• Series 3 -Candidates who donothavethe Series3at the time of hiring will be expected to obtain it within six weeks of starting.
• Series 34 – Candidateswho do not have the Series 34at the time of hire will be expected to obtain this license within an agreed amount of time to be discussed with the hiring manager.

Salary Range

$ 55,000-$83,900

Discretionary Performance Bonus

5-10% of base salary based on individual and company performance.
