• Support service initiatives to strengthen customer relationships, including use of Concierge.
• Achieve sales and service metrics in key areas such as Clientelling and Outreach.
• Plan and prioritize tasks to meet customer and business needs.
• Share product knowledge and fashion trends to wardrobe and build trust.
• Represent the Talbots brand image professionally.
