Beacon Hill Staffing Group in Illinois is seeking a senior relationship manager to cultivate relationships with prospective clients, including high-net-worth individuals and retirees. You will respond to inbound leads, understand client priorities, and drive follow-up across the prospect journey.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in relationship management, business development, sales, financial services, or a related client-facing environment.
• Strong consultative communication and active listening skills.
• Polished, personable, and comfortable developing relationships with sophisticated clientele.
• Highly organized with excellent follow-through.
• Bachelor's degree preferred/required.
