Job Description

Client Relationship Consultants build strong relationships with customers through in-person, appointment-based, and virtual channels. They assess banking needs, educate clients on products and services, and recommend tailored solutions. The role involves proactive outreach, maintaining knowledge of banking products, providing excellent customer service, and collaborating with team members to serve clients effectively. Responsibilities include opening accounts, processing service requests, and promoting digital banking solutions.

This position requires registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z, including background and credit checks. Maintaining compliance is essential for employment.

Basic Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Typically 4-5 years of retail banking experience or equivalent training
