Voya Financial is seeking a Client Relationship Associate in Boston Seaport to serve as the operational backbone for wealth consultants. You’ll handle client inquiries, process documentation, and coordinate with back-office teams, while pursuing Series 7/66 licenses as part of the role.
You’ll work in a fast-paced, client-centric environment, expanding your knowledge of advisor workflows and retirement products, with a clear path toward becoming a licensed consultant at Voya.
Are you ready to join a company with a strong purpose and a winning culture? Start your Voya Journey. Voya Wealth Management is building something new in Boston’s Seaport, and this role is at the center of it. As a Client Relationship Associate, you’ll be the operational backbone of a high-performing team of Wealth Consultants and Wealth Strategists. You’re not just answering phones - you’re making sure clients feel heard, requests get resolved, and nothing falls through the cracks. This is how careers in wealth management get built: by learning the business from the inside out. You’ll also be supported in pursuing your Series 7 and Series 66 licenses - study time is part of the role, not something you squeeze in after hours. Getting licensed isn’t just encouraged here, it’s the plan. This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who takes ownership of every client interaction, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants a career path built on impact, not just a job title. Your ideas matter here.
We will support and train you toward obtaining your SIE, Series 7, and Series 66, setting you up for long-term success in wealth management. This role is 5 days per week in our new Boston Seaport location.
