Qualifications

Two+ years of industry experience preferred.
Responsibilities
Provide service coverage for a FA/PWA/team.
Execute money movement transactions as requested.
Answer non-investment questions about client accounts.
Enter profile information and pre-fill account documents.
Educate clients on digital tools (MSOnline, eSign).
Onboard and maintain client accounts and collect documentation.
Provide clients with account details and objectives.
Assist with research and materials for client meetings.
Support marketing and website updates.
Assist with data entry for new accounts and planning.
Stay current on policies, procedures, and platforms.
