Qualifications

  • Active FINRA licenses: Series 7 and 66 or 63 and 65.
  • Two+ years of industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide service coverage for a FA/PWA/team.
  • Execute money movement transactions as requested.
  • Answer non-investment questions about client accounts.
  • Enter profile information and pre-fill account documents.
  • Educate clients on digital tools (MSOnline, eSign).
  • Onboard and maintain client accounts and collect documentation.
  • Provide clients with account details and objectives.
  • Assist with research and materials for client meetings.
  • Support marketing and website updates.
  • Assist with data entry for new accounts and planning.
  • Stay current on policies, procedures, and platforms.
