Job summary

A leading financial services firm based in Dallas is seeking a Client Support Specialist to enhance client relationships and provide support for banking products and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service with exceptional communication skills. You will partner with Financial Advisors and engage in training programs. Qualifications

• Willingness to obtain Series 7 (GS) and Series 66 (AG/RA) or Series 63 (AG) and Series 65 (RA).
• Industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and enhance client relationships through active communication.
• Identify and assist clients with banking products and services.
• Onboard and maintain client accounts.
• Perform administrative duties supporting Financial Advisors.
• Participate in firm initiatives directed by local management.
