Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Industry experience viewed as a plus.
• Willingness to obtain Series 7 (GS), Series 66 (AG/RA) or Series 63 (AG) and Series 65 (RA).

Responsibilities

• Provide service coverage for a FA/PWA/team and support daily client needs.
• Cultivate and enhance new and existing client relationships.
• Execute money movement transactions upon request by clients or advisors.
• Answer general non-investment questions about client accounts and balances.
• Enter profile information and prep account documentation as directed.
• Educate or enroll clients in digital tools (MSOnline, eSign, eAuthorization).
• Assist with research for portfolio holdings and prepare client meeting materials.
• Data entry for new accounts and financial planning at advisor direction.
• Support marketing efforts and team business plans.
• Stay current on policies, procedures, and new platforms.
• Participate in firm initiatives and other duties assigned by local management.
