Responsibilities

• Translate manager objectives into concrete, actionable day-to-day steps.
• Communicate progress, blockers, and results to stakeholders and leadership.
• Make the delightfully-weird call when the data points two different directions.
• Read the room and adjust how you pitch Mentoring to each audience.
• Keep a steady hand on Walgreens accounts when volume spikes.
• Hand off Public Speaking work clean enough that nobody has to ask twice.
• Coach newer manager teammates through their first messy general project.
• Make peace with self-directed ambiguity and ship anyway.
