Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent.
• 2–5 years of client relations, marketing, or related experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven discretion with confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive client relationships through professional communication.
• Serve as a primary contact for client inquiries and service requests.
• Coordinate with internal departments to meet client needs accurately and efficiently.
• Provide administrative support including scheduling, communications, research, and responses.
• Plan and execute webinars, newsletters, and promotional materials.
• Assist in events planning, logistics, and post‑event follow‑up.
