Franklin Templeton Investment Solutions (FTIS) is a division of Franklin Templeton providing asset management and advisory services to a diverse array of institutional and retail clients. With a global footprint, FTIS is responsible for over $100 billion AUM across equity, fixed income, alternatives, and multi-asset strategies utilizing both fundamental and quantitative processes.
The Client Portfolio Manager (CPM) is responsible for supporting all aspects of a growing business in the western region of the U.S. Critical to the role is a deep understanding of investment strategies, portfolio construction techniques, and global market performance. This person will serve as a subject matter expert in the areas of research views and portfolio strategy for current FTIS offerings to the Retail Advisor Channel.
Along with base compensation, other compensation is offered such as a discretionary bonus, 401k plan, health insurance, and other perks. There are several factors taken into consideration in making compensation decisions including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. At Franklin Templeton, we apply a total reward philosophy where all aspects of compensation and benefits are taken into consideration in determining compensation. The salary, benefits and variable rewards will reflect the seniority of the position and a competitive market rate. We expect the annual salary for this position to range between $150K to $200K in addition to a competitive bonus.
