Job summary

Publicis Sapient in the United States seeks a Director-Senior Director level Client Partner for Financial Services to drive executive relationships, growth, and delivery excellence across major accounts.

You will own P&L, shape transformation agendas, and lead strategic advisory efforts on AI, cloud, and data platforms while guiding delivery and ensuring outcomes align with client priorities.

Qualifications

  • 12+ years in consulting or Financial Services leadership roles with success in large-scale transformations.
  • Deep knowledge of banking, capital markets, insurance, or payments ecosystems.
  • Proven ability to originate and close complex consulting deals (> $10M annually).
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
  • Executive relationship management and strategic planning skills.
  • Strong financial analysis and risk management capabilities.
  • Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with growth opportunism.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
  • Track record of building long-term client relationships.

The Client Partner is a strategic leader responsible for driving growth and delivering transformative outcomes for top-tier Financial Services clients. This role combines executive-level relationship management, business development, and delivery oversight to ensure measurable impact across client engagements. Acting as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives, the Senior Client Partner shapes strategies that address industry challenges such as digital transformation, regulatory compliance, and AI-driven innovation. The position demands a blend of consultative selling, thought leadership, and operational excellence.

Level: Director-Senior Director

Base salary: 200,000 - 280,000 base salary + bonus
