JustFund is the only nonprofit grantmaking solution designed by funders and organizers of color. We leverage a custom-built technology to ensure values-aligned funders can easily center equity in their grantmaking.
We fund transparently and move critical resources to chronically underfunded groups. We are looking for a candidate who is excited about working with funders to move money to the movement. You will need to be values-aligned, highly organized, bring exceptional user management skills, and be committed to centering equity and service in every engagement.
In service of our mission to reset philanthropy, JustFund provides comprehensive grants management services and solutions to values-aligned funders. The Client Operations Associate will play a vital role on the JustFund team by serving as the primary contact point for user engagement, maintaining user relationships, and supporting JustFund partners utilizing our services. The Associate will field and problem solve queries, focus on iterative process improvement to elevate services, deliver a positive and engaging user experience, and effectively and thoughtfully communicate with users. The ideal candidate will be incredibly detail-oriented, organized, responsive, and tech-savvy. They should be able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously and have experience or interest in justice and racial equity work.
The Client Operations Associate will report to the Director of Customer Experience. The Client Operations Associate role is remote and will be based within the United States and will regularly interface with US-based team members across multiple time zones.
