Job summary

Trucordia is seeking an experienced Client Manager specializing in commercial trucking insurance to join our Leola, PA team. You will manage a portfolio of trucking insurance accounts, coordinate with underwriters, review policies, and ensure excellent client satisfaction and retention.

The ideal candidate holds an active P&C license, 3–5 years of trucking insurance experience, and strong knowledge of DOT regulations.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance License required.
• 3-5 years of commercial insurance experience, with specific focus on trucking/transportation insurance.
• Comprehensive knowledge of commercial trucking insurance products and coverage.
• Strong understanding of DOT regulations and transportation compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in insurance policy management and risk assessment.
• Experience with CRM software and MS Office Suite.
• Excellent account management and client service skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of transportation industry risk management practices.

Responsibilities

Job Description
