Position: Client Manager

Duties:

• Deliver third‑party information security management standards audit services in ISO 27001, 9001, 19011, 27006, 20000‑1, and 20000‑6 to assigned clients in accordance with all company, scheme and regulatory requirements.
• Manage portfolio of assigned clients including client contact, visit scheduling, assessment planning, conducting assessments, and reporting and managing the results.
• Monitor assigned client accounts to ensure proper handling of records, visit cycle, invoicing and other related matters.
• Lead assessment teams, when necessary, providing mentoring and coaching to new or inexperienced colleagues as needed to meet business needs.
• May telecommute from any location in continental United States.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in electronics/communications engineering, business or related field and 3 years of experience.
• Experience must include performing audit services in ISO 27001, 9001, 19011, 27006, 20000‑1, and 20000‑6; international information security standards, processes, management systems, audit principles, practices and techniques.
• Skill set does not need to be maintained for the full term of required experience.

Salary: $122,990 - $142,800/year
