Vensure Employer Solutions in Chandler, AZ is seeking an experienced Service Operations Supervisor to lead client service delivery and payroll operations onsite. You will manage client relationships, coordinate onboarding, ensure accurate payroll processing, and coach Payroll Specialists and Service Associates.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of clients.
• Manage client relationships and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate client onboarding, user setup, and training on payroll and service platforms.
• Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing while resolving payroll-related issues.
• Support payroll tax registration, reporting, and notice resolution.
• Partner with internal teams to drive client retention and service excellence.
• Lead client meetings regarding escalations, account reviews, and service opportunities.
• Coach and support Payroll Specialists and Service Associates.
• Identify client needs and recommend additional products and services.
• Assist with process improvements and operational initiatives.

About the Opportunity

This position is available in Chandler, Arizona, Duluth, Georgia, and Dallas, Texas, and is an onsite role for professionals who enjoy building client relationships, solving complex issues, and leading service delivery initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong client service, communication, and relationship-management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Experience using Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Teams, and Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a PEO, ASO, HCM, payroll, or multi-state payroll environment.
• Experience with payroll tax administration and payroll operations.
• Prior experience supporting client accounts, payroll services, or service operations teams.
