Western Veterinary Partners in Cheney, WA, is seeking an experienced Veterinary Assistant to join our team and help create exceptional experiences for clients and patients during exams and outpatient visits. You will engage with clients, coordinate schedules, and support efficient hospital operations, ensuring compassionate, high-quality care.

This full-time role features a 4/10 schedule with Monday–Friday availability and one Saturday per month, offering benefits and opportunities for growth

Qualifications

• Safe animal handling and restraint skills for dogs and cats of varying sizes and temperaments.
• Knowledge of basic veterinary terminology and patient care principles.
• Ability to assist with exams, treatments, and outpatient procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supporting efficient exam room and outpatient workflow to ensure exceptional patient and client care.

• Reviewing treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions with clients clearly and compassionately.
