Qualifications

• Residence within a 90-mile radius of approved branch sites (St. Louis area) at time of application.
• Series 7 license is required.
• Series 63 license or ability to obtain within 90 days of start.
• Experience in financial services, brokerage operations, or related roles.
• Knowledge of markets, investments, and industry developments.
• Ability to comply with regulatory requirements while assisting clients.
• Consultative approach to uncover client needs and offer suitable solutions.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
