Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service for inquiries about insurance, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing.
• Educate customers about insurance options using a needs-based review process.
• Keep the office well-maintained and ready to meet customer needs and market products.
