Job summary

Enercept Inc. in Watertown, SD is seeking a Project Manager who will own the customer relationship from drafting down payment to shipping.

You will ensure timely, professional communication with customers and builders and drive information gathering to improve drafting and production flow. You will coordinate with regional sales managers, architects, engineers, and vendors, review drawings for accuracy, monitor each project through production, and maintain up-to-date notes in HubSpot.

Qualifications

• Requires Associate or Bachelor’s degree or practical experience in Project Management.
• 2-3 years preferred in construction/manufacturing; ability to read drawings.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer relationship from drafting down payment to shipping.
• Maintain regular, timely, and professional communication with customers/builders.
• Gather information to create efficiencies for drafting and monitor production process.
• Coordinate between Regional Sales Managers, customers, builders, and Enercept drafting/production teams.
• Review drawings for accuracy of preliminary and post-liminary stages.
• Communicate project status with Enercept team and customers/builders.
• Process warranty questions and assist with billing/disputes as needed.
• Keep HubSpot and Leads Base notes up to date on each project.
