Qualifications

• Office admin experience is required or preferred.
• Track record of meeting sales goals/quotas.
• Ability to come in the office Monday–Friday (weekends optional).
• Property & Casualty license required after 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls, process payments, discuss financial offers, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services to help meet those needs.
• Work with the office team/agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
• Work alongside your office’s team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.
