Qualifications

• FINRA-licensed (Series 7 & 66) or ability to acquire Series 66 on hire.
• Use Fidelity’s guidance tools to facilitate planning discussions and recommend suitable solutions.
• Proficient in using technology to prepare for and conduct efficient one-on-one appointments and follow-ups.
• Grow client relationships through proactive outreach and referrals to wealth partners as needed.
• A degree, equivalent experience, or professional certifications are beneficial (tuition reimbursement for CFP etc.).
• Strong knowledge of investment solutions and ability to educate clients on differences.

Responsibilities
