Job summary

Bank of America in San Francisco seeks an experienced financial advisor to provide comprehensive guidance and customized solutions, helping clients reach their financial goals using brokerage products and banking services.

Responsibilities include triaging client leads, referring to partners by client needs and assets, meeting with clients to review goals, building financial plans, and advancing knowledge through required licenses and trainings.

Qualifications

• Currently holds Series 7 & 66 licenses; if only 63/65, must obtain 66 within 60 days.
• Three years’ experience in financial services or sales with goals met or exceeded, including at least one year in investments.
• Depth and breadth of relationship management knowledge and experience.
• Acts as a client advocate and effective time manager.
• Strong collaboration and communication to engage clients.

Responsibilities

• Plan short and long-term financial goals by building a financial plan with brokerage products (stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities) and banking solutions.
• Recommend banking and investments strategies aligned with client goals and needs.
• Triages client requests and makes referrals to internal service providers based on client needs and asset thresholds.
• Mitigate and control risk as part of daily activities.
• Identify and engage potential new clients through referrals or center clientele core relationships.
• Provide coaching to referral partners based on client needs and product services.
