Job summary

Bank of America in Colorado is seeking a client-focused financial consultant to deliver comprehensive advice and customized solutions, helping clients reach their financial goals through brokerage products, financial planning, and banking solutions.

You will triage client leads, refer to appropriate partners, and review goals with clients while building long-term relationships in a professional, compliant manner.

Qualifications

• Requires Series 7 and 66 licenses (or 63/65) and ability to obtain missing licenses within 60 days.
• Minimum one year experience in investments and/or financial services with sales goals.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills; ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Regulatory due diligence and compliance knowledge essential.

Responsibilities

• Plan clients' short and long-term financial goals and build financial plans using brokerage products.
• Recommend banking and investment strategies aligned with client goals.
• Triages client requests and makes referrals to internal service providers based on assets and needs.
• Mitigates risk in daily activities and maintains compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Identify and engage potential new clients through referrals or existing clientele.
• Provide coaching and feedback to referral partners.
