Qualifications

• Proven ability to build relationships and uncover client needs.
• FINRA Series 7 & 66 licensed or ability to obtain Series 66 upon hire.
• Ability to present complex investment solutions to a knowledgeable client base.
• Degree or equivalent experience; CFP or degree helpful with Tuition Reimbursement available.
• Coachable, collaborative, and client-centered in approach.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with clients, uncover needs, and recommend solutions.
• Present investment strategies to a knowledgeable client base while building rapport.
• Introduce clients to different investment options and grow assets under management.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience with a focus on client success.
• Maintain compliance with relevant securities laws and firm policies.
