Qualifications

• Customer service, phone-based support, or financial services experience.
• Series 7 and Series 66 licenses prep provided by Fidelity.
• A degree, equivalent experience, or other professional certifications beneficial (CFP, degree, or equivalent credential).

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Fidelity at the Chandler branch, delivering exceptional client service and building long-lasting relationships.
• Assist with lobby transactions and uphold compliance standards in front-office activities.
• Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships and contribute to branch success.
