Qualifications

• Requires 6+ years of experience delivering commercial general contracting projects.
• Must have a four-year degree in engineering or construction management or equivalent experience.
• Superior computer skills and proficiency with Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Review project proposals or plans to determine schedule, budget, procedures, staffing, and resources.
• Establish work plans and staffing for each phase and arrange for personnel or subcontractors.
• Direct and coordinate activities to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery.
• Prepare monthly status reports and present results to clients and corporate personnel.
• Ensure safety compliance and enforce management values on site.
• Coordinate activities with government or regulatory agencies when required.
• Manage change orders and ensure project execution as designed.
