Responsibilities

• Partners with Consumer Investments call center advisors and relationship managers to educate and deepen on bank sales opportunities for personal banking needs
• Works with Consumer Investments clients to deepen relationships by uncovering financial needs and recommending the best bank products, services, and solutions to meet those needs
• Responds to general customer inquiries, navigate complex situations and providing problem resolution for client concerns
• Sells and fulfills banking products including checking and savings accounts, credit cards, Certificate of Deposits (CDs), Individual Retirement Accounts (IRAs)
• Quotes rates, terms, and programs for banking solutions with 100% accuracy
• Manages risk in every business, product, and service transaction by consistently leveraging available tools and resources
