First National Bank of Omaha (FNBO) is seeking a Personal Banker in Omaha. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, understanding customers’ financial needs, and guiding them to appropriate solutions within our branch network.

You’ll help with everyday transactions, build relationships, and participate in outreach while upholding bank policies and compliance. Starting pay is $22 per hour, with benefits and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Retail banking experience preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Unrestricted work authorization; no sponsorship required.

Responsibilities

• Make every customer feel welcome in your FNBO branch.
• Help customers with deposits and withdrawals.
• Understand your customer’s unique financial needs.
• Provide personalized recommendations to support financial wellbeing.
• Guide customers toward greater financial health.
